Our Projection Picking System (PPS) applies image processing technology that is flexible enough to accommodate various shapes of rack and shelf configurations. In addition, the built-in error-proofing features can facilitate picking operation in logistics centers and on plant assembly lines. It can also be installed in places where you cannot mount light modules.

Special Features: Can accommodate to various types of shelf.; “Poka-yoke” (picking error prevention) function is mounted.; Electrical wiring is not required (simple device configuration makes installation change easy).; Can make various picking instructions by creating various images for the items, video and voice.; Enables the operation to link with various distribution-related equipment, including conveyors.; AIOI Projector PP0207 projects up to 170 inch diagonal size image and prevents the operator from being overshadowed thanks to Ultra Short Throw technology.

AIOI Projector (PP0207)

Ultra-Short-Throw Projector capable of 170-inch projection for maximum efficiency in picking and sorting operations with AIOI Projection Picking System.

By combining AIOI Projector (PP0207) with Projection Picking System (PPS), the system can provide wide-area projection such as 2pcs of AGV racks or 2pcs of 70inch (1,800mm) width racks and Poka-yoke (foolproofing) function which are ideal for Distribution Warehouse and maximize the efficiency of picking and sorting operations. Thanks to large image projection feature, PP0207 can clearly project operation instruction from top to bottom edge.
